Big win for Union Member (2011)- wrongfully terminated for supposedly misusing a government vehicle- Management even admitted there we no extra miles on the vehicle..but still terminated the employee! First line supervisor suspected misuse - proposed termination. Second level supervisor supported it as well - but neither had any proof!

Big win for LEO - Agency terminated him because he didn't fasten his seatbelt when suspect bolted. Employees wins his job back and back pay with interest at MSPB

Big OWCP Win for NFFE 2152 member! The agency did not help the employee when she was injured at work.
In fact the Supervisor interferred with the employee filling out the CA-1 timely. The Union helped her win a reconsideration from DOL for her back injury from 2 years prior.

A NFFE 2152 union member notified his supervisor that he is legally blind in ONE eye. The agency stated he could no longer drive ANY government vehicle! Even the DMV would allow him to keep a drivers license, but not BLM!

Sunday premium should be paid to employees when they are normally scheduled to work on Sundays! That is a 25% increase for the day. Guess someone forgot to mention it to the employee who started this schedule 12 years ago!
