We encourage all to download and read the MSPB quarterly newsletters. Read them
from front to back, and then give a copy to your supervisor, your co-workers
and everyone else you can think of. Don't forget to put a copy in the break
room! We all need to understand the principles much better and with the lack
of funds for training, e-newsletters are a good way of increasing your knowledge.
